Hilda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience working in clinics all across Melbourne. She has worked with patients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, and will personalize and tailor dietary advice to each individual.
Her vision is to see other develop a healthy relationship with food, and to promote health and nutrition to all members of society. Her interests include weight management, type 1 and 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypercholesterolaemia, food intolerance and IBS.
Hilda is available on Tuesdays each fortnight.
She also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of work she enjoys playing and teaching piano, reading and exploring local cafes.
Anita grew up in Sydney and completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology degree at University of New South Wales. She has been working as an exercise physiologist for the past five years.
She currently works with clients from 8-92 years of age and believes exercise is medicine for many different medical conditions.
Anita speaks fluent English and speaks some Teo Chew. She is available for consultations on Fridays.
Ryan completed his Nursing Science degree overseas in 2005 and moved to Australia in 2007. He then studied at Deakin University, Burwood to have his qualifications recognised in Australia. A year after he completed his study at Deakin University, Ryan commenced a post graduate degree in Diabetes Education and Management. He then started working on his credentialing and after 2 years, became a Credentialed Diabetes Educator whilst maintaining a full membership with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
Ryan has worked at the Alfred Hospital and was a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Diabetes Education in one of the regional hospitals in Victoria. He was also a Diabetes Coordinator and Advisor for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world at their satellite office in Melbourne.
Ryan has training in oncology, haematology and chemotherapy nursing at Peter MacCallum Centre and used to work as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in some tertiary referring hospitals in Melbourne’s southeast.
He also conducts several Diabetes Clinics around southeast Melbourne.
Ryan is currently completing his Master of Nurse Practitioner course, his scope of practice will be expanded including but not limited to prescribing medications and ordering pathology and diagnostic tests once the course is successfully completed.

Anita is a registered psychologist and member of Australian Psychological Society (APS), providing individual counselling to adults and young people. Anita uses an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy, in addition to Mindfulness and Relaxation and providing psycho-education.
Anita began her career as a psychologist after working in the corporate sector in the Training & Development field assisting employees develop their technical and management skills and assisting organisations develop their workforce.
Anita enjoys working with clients helping them to developing strategies to cope more effectively with a wide range of personal problems, relationship difficulties and work-related concerns. Using a respectful collaborative approach, Anita assists her clients to better understand themselves and to function at their best.

Anita currently works on Thursdays and other times on negotiation. Appointments are not bulk-billed and are payable on the day. Medicare rebate may be claimed on the day with an eligible Mental Health Care Plan.

Mina is available on Monday and Friday afternoons by appointment only. He also attends
home visits for those who live locally and are unable to attend our premises. Mina can look after foot problems
in all age groups from children to the elderly.
A referral is not necessary if you are attending privately. A referral from your doctor is required if you want
to claim through Veterans’ Affairs or WorkSafe. You may also be covered by Medicare if you have long term
chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis or vascular disease. Your doctor will have to give you an Enhanced
Primary Care Plan (EPC) before you make an appointment.
All major Private Health Insurance Funds cover podiatry services under their ancillary tables. Check with your
fund to find out your level of cover. We have HICAPS which means you will be able to claim from your health
fund on the spot and only pay the gap.
Mina completed a Bachelor of Podiatry at La Trobe University, Melbourne, in 1999. He is a full member of the Australian Podiatry Association and has been working as a Podiatrist since graduating.
Mina has been working at Hill Medical Services for almost 13 years. Mina enjoys all areas of podiatry including general foot care, nail surgery, corns, calluses and providing orthotics for biomechanical foot problems. His patients range from young children to the elderly.
