  • Dr Fouad Dawood

    Dr. Fouad Dawood graduated from Flinders University in 1995 and completed his internship and residency in Adelaide, South Australia. Dr. F Dawood worked in the Australian Army till 2000. Dr.F Dawood joined Hill Medical Services in 2001. He obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2001.

    Fouad is passionate about teaching and sharing his knowledge with regstrars and medical students. He is an Accredited supervisor with VMA, Melbourne University and Monash University.  He provides excellent health care to his patients.

    He has  special interests in: skin cancer medicine, emergency medicine, chronic disease managment, youth health and general medicine.

    Fouad works at Hill Medical Services Monday to Wednesday, and is fluent in English and Arabic.


  • Dr Tereza Ghaly

    Dr. Tereza Ghaly graduated from AIN-Shams University in 1989. Dr.Ghaly completed her Master Degree in Dermatology. Dr. T Ghaly came to Australia in 1995 and passed her AMC in 1998.  In 2000 she completed her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and received her fellowship in 2003. Dr. Ghaly joined Hill Medical Services in August 2005.

    Tereza is also involved in teaching the next generation of GPs and medical students. Tereza is an accredited supervisor with VMA, Monash and Melbourne Universities.

    She has special interests in antenatal care and dermatology with extra qualifications in these areas.

    Tereza is fluent in english and Arabic.

    Tereza works weekdays, excluding Tuesdays

  • Dr David Lee

    Dr David Lee has returned to Hill Medical Services after completing his GP training. David has interests in refugee health, youth health and chronic disease management.  He works closely with Dr Fouad Dawood and Dr Tereza Ghaly and sees their patients when they are unavailable.

    David is also involved in training the next generation of doctors and supervises medical students from both Melbourne University and Monash University.

    David works Monday-Fridays.

  • Dr Kishara Galappatthi


    My name is Dr. Kishara Galappatthi, but  you can call me Dr. Kish.

    I graduated with my medical degree from The University of Adelaide. I am originally from Sri Lanka, but I have completed all of my schooling and study in Australia, and grew up here.

    I have worked in South Australia and Victoria, both in hospitals and clinics, and have worked in regional and metropolitan locations. I enjoy and am confident in seeing all types of medical problems, and I have particularly experience and interests in chronic disease management, mental health problems, skin and dermatological problems, paediatrics (children's health), and men's health issues.

    In my spare time I like to stay up to date with my medical knowledge, but I am also a lover of sci-fi/fantasy books and movies, exploring the parks and trails in Victoria and particularly the Dandenong ranges, and playing board-games - often pulling my wife and friends into a nice long games session.

    I'd love to see you to help you out with any problems, so come down and let's have a chat.


  • Dr Carmen Yau

    I graduated from Monash University in 2009 and completed further training at Monash Health before obtaining my fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015.  I enjoy working in General Practice for the variety of medicine, continuity of care and a its strong focus on preventative care.  I have a particular interest in child and adolescent health having completed my Diploma of Child Health through the University of Westmead in 2014 and women's health.  

    I am able to speak fluent Cantonese. 

    When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors away from the hustle and bustle with my family.

    Carmen works Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Friday evenings.

  • Dr Nina Chiang

    Dr Nina graduated with her medical degree from Monash University in 2012, and has returned to Hill Medical Services after attaining her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.  She holds a Diploma of Child Health through the University of Westmead, as well as a Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health through Family Planning Alliance Australia.  

    Prior to choosing a career in General Practice, Nina worked in various metropolitan hospitals throughout Melbourne, and has a broad range of experiences across the fields of general medicine, paediatric medicine, geriatric medicine and palliative care; managing patients from all walks of life. 

    Nina enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a particular interest in child and adolescent health, women’s health, sexual health (including Implanon insertion/removals) and travel medicine.  

    She can speak conversational Mandarin and Cantonese.

     Outside of work, Nina enjoys travelling – especially hiking and spending time in the great outdoors, as well as down time doing yoga or reading a good book.

    Nina works at Hill Medical Services on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • Dr Ivan Ng

    Dr Ivan Ng has special interests in acupuncture and also musculo-skeletal  problems including TAC and Workcover patients.

    Ivan is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

    Ivan works at Hill Medical Services-  Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

    Acupuncture fees- not bulk billed- standard $ 65  (rebate $37.65)  longer appointment $90  (rebate $72.85)


  • Dr Mary-Ann Boulos

    Dr Mary-Ann Boulos has returned to Hill Medical Services permanently after completing her training requirements and obtaining her fellowship with the RACGP.  Mary-Ann has a passion for teaching and helping people.

    Mary-Ann is available at HMS on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the morning and for phone/video appointments on  Friday mornings.

  • Dr Katrina Bieniak (nee Sanderson)

    Dr Katrina Bieniak (nee Sanderson) is delighted to return to the Hill Medical Services community.  Katrina graduated from Monash University in 2013, before gaining several years of hospital experience.  Now nearing the completion of her General Practice training; Katrina enjoys all aspects of being a GP - especially women’s, children’s and mental health.  Katrina lives with her husband and baby daughter.  In her spare time she likes baking and to practice yoga.  

    Katrina is at HMS on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

  • Dr Johnathan Tham

    I graduated from University of Melbourne in 2018. I completed my internship at Eastern Health. This was then followed by residency with Monash Health. I gained exposure to multiple specialties such as general medicine, general surgery, mental health, women’s health and paediatrics. I am interested in all areas of medicine but have a particular interest in women’s health and paediatrics. I completed the Diploma of Obstetrics & Gynaecology with Monash Health in 2020.

    My personal interest is in volleyball, formula one, food and travel. I can speak basic Cantonese.

    Dr Johnathan Tham will be starting at HMS on Tuesday 4th August. He will be working Mondays-Fridays, excluding Wednesdays.

  • Dr Naomi Kilov

    Dr Naomi Kilov completed her medical degree and internship in Hobart, Tasmania. She spent a number of years working at Monash Medical Centre, particularly in paediatrics, before deciding to pursue General Practice.

    Naomi has also completed a certificate in child health and so has a special interest in paediatrics and neonatology, however enjoys all areas of general practice.

    Naomi strives to practice evidence-based medicine, follow up-to-date guidelines and to pursue lifelong learning.

    She also believes in advocating for her patients and supporting them in navigating a sometimes complex health system.

    Dr Kilov is adept in performing a variety of procedures including simple skin excisions, iron infusions and Implanon insertion.

    She spends her leisure time doting on her two adorable rescue dogs and bringing home the occasional foster/stray as well.

    Dr Kilov will be starting at HMS on Tuesday 3rd August and will be working Mondays-Fridays , excluding Wednesdays.

  • Dr Bridget Fernando

    Bridget graduated medical school through Melbourne University in 2015, after previously having worked as an orthotist in the allied health field. She is interested in womens health, paediatrics and providing culturally safe health care. 

    Dr Bridget will be working at HMS on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday afternoons.

  • Dr Meilun Ly

    I completed my medical degree from the University of Melbourne and spent a number of years working at Eastern and Monash Health.

    My areas of interest include Women’s Health and Procedural Medicine. 

    I have completely the Diploma of Obstetrics & Gynaecology as well as the Certificate of Child Health.

    In my spare time, I like to work on different art/craft projects.

    I can speak conversational Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
