Fees

We have changed to MIXED BILLING from Monday 1st July 2024 for all GP appointments all day, every day, phone and in-person appointments.

The increased cost of operating a practice and quality of care we offer is no longer sustainable based on bulk-billing.

We cannot Thank you enough for your ongoing support as we make this transition.

The following patients will continue to be bulk-billed with a valid Medicare Card:

· Under 16yo

· Pension/Health Care/Concession card holders

· DVA card holders

· Care plans/Health Assessments

· TAC/Workcover will continue to be billed directly to TAC/workcover

(all overseas students and visitors will need to pay on the day and claim the rebate back from their health insurance fund)

(the out-of pocket cost for appointments will be around $30)

Notice of cancellation is required at least 2 hours before the scheduled GP appointment. No show or late cancellation will attract a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebatable. 24 hours notice required for care plan/health assessments and allied health appointments.
